Premier Inn Stevenage Central

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices, especially considering the central location in a business district. Secondly, the staff provided a great level of service and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Although I wasn't a fan of the soft mattress, the bed linen was changed daily, ensuring a good night's sleep.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were fantastic.

The food here is fantastic and the staff are top-notch, plus it's just a 15-minute walk from a local museum.

Lakes was easy to reach. Free Wi Fi was handy. Would stay here again if in Stevenage: D

The hotel was conveniently located close to the town center and had a free car park, which was a great bonus. the staff at the reception were welcoming and provided excellent service, ensuring that we didn't have to change rooms even though we had made separate bookings. Likes: the hotel had a modern interior with up, to, date decor and a wide, screen TV in the room. Despite being close to the A1 and an airport, we couldn't hear any noise with the windows closed. the room rates were affordable, especially for a city break, making it great value for money.

The quality of the pillows provided by the hotel was disappointing, as they were of poor quality and uncomfortable. the lack of staff in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner service was a letdown, resulting in longer waiting times and occasional billing errors.

Great location close to town. Convenient free car park. Spacious room and modern decor with a nice TV.

Uncomfortable pillows ruined what would have been a comfortable sleep. The restaurant staff was understaffed, leading to long wait times and mix-ups with our order.

This hotel provides excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The location, although on an industrial estate, is actually quite central and convenient for accessing the road network. The staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and daily bed linen changes.
